things that go inside my tummy
So far I am detecting a trend. Fiber O's + exercise + lots of water = a good day.Amazing how much nutrition and activity make everything happy. At work, instead of walking outside like I usually do (it's too frakking hot!) I walk up 14 flights of stairs. Hurts, but feels good too :)
I really beginning to value a good breakfast in the morning... especially if it's fiber o's/flax seed combination!14 flights of stairs, is pretty good in my book!
